(base) $ conda activate holotomocupy
(holotomocupy)$ $ git clone https://github.com/nikitinvv/holotomocupy
(holotomocupy)$ $ cd holotomocupy
(holotomocupy)$ $ pip install .

Update

holotomocupy is constantly updated to include new features. To update your locally installed version

(holotomocupy)$ cd holotomocupy
(holotomocupy)$ git pull
(holotomocupy)$ pip install .
